Victorian Home Extension & Remodel - West Yorkshire
This project transformed a Victorian detached house on the edge of a conservation area into a forever home for a young family. Drawn by the original features, generous plot, and proximity to a vibrant village, the clients wanted to extend and remodel to create a home that would grow with them.
The existing layout was disjointed, the kitchen was disconnected from the main house, and there were no views to the large side garden where their young children played. Our solution was a unique side and front extension, replacing the detached garage and introducing a split-level design that created a generous open-plan living, kitchen, and dining space with nearly 3-metre ceilings.
